| External Padlocking Removable Bollard |
The External Padlocking Removable bollard is commonly used in industrial applications. The external padlock on the bollard allows relatively easy access to public service vehicles such as the fire or police into restricted areas. The External Padlocking Removable bollard offers the same versatility as the Internal Locking Removable bollard in a mixed barrier application of fixed and removable bollards to quickly and easily allow movement of large objects through the barrier. These bollards are ideal for use in in college and university installations, access control for parking lots, and security and safety at military bases. |

The Internal Locking Removable is arguably our most flexible bollard. The removable security bollard cylinder locks into an embedment sleeve and can only be removed by unlocking the conveniently located, tamper-proof internal lock. When the bollard cylinder is removed a flip top, stainless steel lid covers the empty embedment sleeve. Internal Locking Removable bollards used in conjunction with fixed bollards creates a flexible barrier system that quickly allows large objects like promotional materials and vehicles to move through the barrier while maintaining superior stopping strength. |

Manually-assisted
Retractable Bollard |
With the turn of a key, manually assisted bollards rise from the ground and lock into place. Turning the key again and with very little effort, the bollard cylinder retracts and locks flush to the ground surface. It is effective in applications such as parking access control and protection of entrances and buildings. Because the assisted lift mechanism allows a much heavier and more secure bollard cylinder to be used, this bollard system is effective in higher security applications. Consideration for how a heavy, high-security bollard can be physically retracted or extended is eliminated. The gas-assisted bollard mechanism is especially appropriate in areas where power may be lost or is not available. |
