Calpipe Security Bollards Achieves PAS 68 Certification
Security bollards are becoming more and more important as companies seek to protect employees and public venues strive to enhance security for their event attendees.
Recognizing client needs to ensure that they place approved bollards in each facility, to complement our K-12 rated and K-4 engineered bollards, Calpipe Security Bollards recently put its pneumatic rising bollards to the PAS 68 test. The test was accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service.
We passed with flying colors. Check out this video. Our bollard stopped a 7520kg IVECO cargo truck traveling at 78.5 km/h. The bollard penetrated 7.1 meters into the truck, and still worked.
